RJ Robnett, Austin Bucko, Cesar Gonzalez, Zachary Dixon climb the SERVPRO® of Montgomery County ladder

SERVPRO® of Montgomery County has recently promoted four production members to leadership positions!

RJ Robnett advances to Production Manager after just under a year and a half as a Crew Chief with SERVPRO of Montgomery County. In his new role, RJ is responsible for analyzing components of the job; assigning, monitoring and managing production crews; and ensuring SERVPRO customers are well-pleased with our work. Originally from Arkansas, RJ was a TVA foreman and has a background in welding. 

Zachary Dixon and Cesar Gonzalez step up from Production Technician to Crew Chief. As Crew Chiefs, they are responsible for establishing workflow and coordinating requirements for the job. Their new responsibility requires thorough knowledge of jobsite processes and commitment to frequent training in order to comply with SERVPRO® standards. 

Austin Bucko has transferred from SERVPRO® of Montgomery County to continue as a Crew Chief at one of our Texas locations!
